Our Story
Hello there! ReAlframer is a consulting and training firm specializing in resolving the dispute in private and cost-effective manner through mediation.

No matter who you are or what you are experiencing now, we are glad to know that you are trying to find a way here for better future.

Seeking a mediation may not be easy decision. We understand that you have taken a pause and strength to reach us.
Thus, we hope that we can provide with a safe place where the parties can feel comfortable to resolve the matter in the neutral and unbiased manner.
More than the last 10 years, our mediators have dealt with the cross-border disputes including the commercial claims and family disputes. Depending on the parties' willingness, the settlement has been made successfully.

We take the Interest-based facilitative approach to help the parties determine the outcome by themselves in private.
We also help the parties go through the process understanding each other's situation and feelings.

Our hope is to walk with you through the pain, damages or confusion and to take a journey with you for the possibility of the better as a middle-friend.

Cost
Attending Mediation over disptue generally involves (1) pre-mediation with one party each and (1) joint mediation with both parties. Our mediator usually charge US$200-$400 per hour excluding the disbursement (depending on the complexity of the disputes). (package price will be provided separately on demand)
​
For the Mediation corporate workshop/Mediation training, the fee will be provided after discussion
However, if this is not affordable, please contact us and we are happy to adjust the charges depending on the circumstances.
